Power and memes at art colleges How and where does power manifest itself in art education? How does this affect our experiences at art school and our future? This mini meme workshop is an opportunity to decipher power relations at art colleges using the satirical and pop-cultural language of memes. Anisha Gupta Müller is an art educator and workshop facilitator specializing in the development of anti-discrimination pedagogy. Her interdisciplinary courses bridge art theory and local activism, questioning the relationship between power, privilege, and our own creativity. Her practical work focuses on feminist body practices and safe(r) spaces, including FemmeFitness, a politicized dance fitness class she founded.
